In which European high streets should property investors shop? A forecast of property market total returns of high street shops based on regional developments

This study is designed to help improve the professionalism of the real estate sector. Greater professionalism will improve scientific basis for making decisions on retail real estate inverstment proposals. A model is developed for forecasting the development of market total return on solitary high street shop property based on past trends for a large number of European cities.
